Survey of Western Literature 1Instructor: Robert W. Watson, B.A., M.Ed., J.D.SURVEY OF WESTERN LITERATURE 1 covers the earliest literature in ancient times to the early Renaissance. The course will require attendance on campus once a week and successful completion of reading quizzes, vocabulary quizzes, weekly journal entries, and unit tests online at Watson Educational Services, Inc. The cost to Veritas students is $75 for the year, normally $125. Instructions for access to the online study guide will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your order. order here 2. Possess the following required textsThose texts indicated "online html edition" will be available for the student with the online study guide. The indicated edition of the text is the required text that will be used. All texts can be purchased via Smarr Publishers through the links provided, or you can purchase the entire set of works for $25 from Smarr Publishers. Latin 1 and Latin 2Instructor: Robert W. Watson, B.A., M.Ed., J.D.LATIN classes will meet weekly on campus, primarily to introduce new concepts and reinforce others. All materials are online with study guide, practice exercises, and tests, and like the literature class above, parents will have access to the site to view their students' progress and grades. Students are expected to keep up with vocabulary studies and exercises. Any questions about Latin grammar can be addressed via email at any time; therefore, students do not need to wait until their class meets on campus.
