Survey of British Literature is a 36-week course, which requires the reading of the following texts (for a description of the work, click on the title):
Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, Idylls of the King, Beowulf, Macbeth, Hamlet, Utopia, Romeo and Juliet, Othello, Swift's Satire, Pope's Poetry, She Stoops to Conquer, Frankenstein, A Tale of Two Cities, Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, Arms and the Man, World War I British Poets.
